Your name, email address, phone number, postcode, details about the work you need and any photos or notes you choose to add. We also record basic campaign information such as how you reached the site.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to match you with selected local air-conditioning specialists. With your consent, we share your enquiry with those specialists so they can contact you by phone, email or text about the work and provide a quote.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to run the service and meet our legal obligations, then deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us through the contact page.
